Important
Repairs or damages resulting from tenant negligence or misuse are the tenant’s responsibility. In these cases, repairs will be completed, but the cost of labor and materials will be billed to you. This includes damages or plumbing stoppages caused by improper use.
Release of Key
If you do not authorize us to release a key to the maintenance vendor, you must be available to provide access to the property at the scheduled time of service.
