“Just wanted to stop by and thank HMG for all their hard work. Most recently an unreasonable tenant moved in downstairs to us and since moving in they have caused us many inconveniences. Some of which have required work being done in our unit for access into theirs. Needless to say that due to the nature of the work my partner and I had to miss work to accommodate the workers, our home becoming covered in dust numerous occasions, and it affecting our health. Over all though, HWM, specifically Joe, Becca, Ashley, Fillip and some 3rd party techs like the painter & dry wall installers made the experience a lot more bearable than it would have been if we had a different management company. Granted there were many hiccups along the way but ultimately HWM did what was right in securing our home was taken care of. I am very happy it wasn't an uphill battle and they took care of us.
